Important architecturally designed Biedermeier armoire with a stepped cornice (architrave) supported by six conical fluted Doric columns. Veneered with walnut on pine. Ebonized trim. The two-door bent front with Gothic pointed arches. Original lock, key and catches. This very armoire reminds on the Schinkel buildings "Altes Museum" (Old Museum) and "Neue Wache" (Royal Guard House) in Vienna.
